How can we successfully apply the law of attraction tactics to our health and wellness?
Remember your thoughts can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Keep them positive and of the best quality. If you’re the type who fears getting sick and visiting certain public places due to that common cold that’s ‘spreading around’, you already lost and probably already caught that bug that was going around.
The secret here is to keep your thoughts positive right? So if you say to yourself “I’m NOT going to get sick.” ” I DON’T want to get sick.” Your still utilizing words that harbor a negative energy. Instead say “I’m healthy and my immune system is top notch!” “My body is at its peak in health and vitality.” Now i’m not saying a good clean diet, water consumption, exercise and preventative measures aren’t needed. What I am trying to say is that it’s a balance. I’ve seen people who lived a healthy lifestyle and yet still manage to get sick 2 to 3 times a year. Our minds are very powerful, don’t do all that hard work and throw it all away with negative thinking.
For an added boost try standing in front of a mirror and say to yourself out loud what it is that you DO want health wise. Try something like “My (_specific organ__) is working optimally and efficiently.” “My immune system is strong and vital.” “I am healthy and happy.”
Also keep in mind that your emotions play a large part in the results you want. When doing these affirmations to yourself whether in front of a mirror or at your work desk, remember to ensure that you’re in a positive emotional state. Clear your mind and breathe deeply if you’re feeling stressed, unhappy, angry or in any other negative emotion. Begin to focus instead on thoughts that bring about feelings of joy, gratitude, and love so that you can attune your body in the positive vibration again and in turn allow the law of attraction work for you.
Lastly don’t forget to practice visualization and see yourself as happy and healthy. You can make a vision board and cut out pictures of everything that you connect to with the optimal health you desire. Be grateful for the body and health you do have and look forward to the better health you will be receiving.
